SUBSCRIPTION PRICING

Intangible Coin LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers our app software and services ("subscription") to every first-time user ("you", "your", or "their") as a free account during their first 3 months. Thereafter, the following paid account rules apply:

Default subscription plan = base price of $7.30/month + tax
Viral/Promo option = still to be determined [e.g. 3 additional free months credited for every 6 invitations you initiate that result in the creation of a new account, regardless of whether the new accounts convert into paid subscriptions]
Freemium option = still to be determined [e.g. free month of service when lifetime coins are disabled]
Buyback option = still to be determined [e.g. purchase lifetime coins for period prior to first opening account, at a rate of 1 coin per week]

Note: If you close your account prior to the end of the free-trial period ("trial"), then you wish to reinstate the account, the clock does not restart but instead picks up where the trial left off.

SUBSCRIPTION AUTHENTICATION

Intangible Coin LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) requires all paid users ("you", "your", or "their") of its app software and services ("subscription") to authenticate their identity.

During the free-trial period ("trial"), you only need to provide a verifiable mobile phone number.
If you decide to convert from a free account to a paid account after the trial, additional verification is required.
Primarily, you will be asked to provide a photo of your face, which will be authenticated against a legally valid form of picture identification.
In addition to your face, demographic information that may be collected & retained, optionally only with your permission, will be strictly limited to your physical address, birthdate, and gender.

The purpose of requiring facial recognition is to protect the integrity of our platform. In part, this is to reduce (if not remove) ambiguity over who one is sending and/or receiving coins to/from (when not anonymous). In part, this is to minimize (if not prevent) (y)our risks of defamation, that may be either: deliberate by unauthorized users; or accidental as a result of mistaken identity.

The purpose of collecting & retaining demographic information is to enhance the utility & value of your experience. This is accomplished by allowing us to analyze & convert statistical information into helpful insights. Also, demographic information helps users to more accurately identify you as the person they are trying to search for & reach out to.

All paid subscription accounts will be distinguished from free subscription accounts using a badge indicator next to your name & face.
