• To deliver and continuously improve your experience with our product(s).
• To communicate with you, including sending SMS messages required for: account security (e.g. account-creation, sign-in, or closing); identity verification; and/or optional (user-selectable) app functionality, such as account activity notifications, and user-initiated invitation links sent to your friends through our app. We do not use your information for marketing or promotion purposes.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share information with 3rd-party service providers (e.g. for SMS delivery) as needed to operate our app.
• We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Your Consent Options

• You automatically consent to a one-time SMS verification message when opening & creating a new account. This also applies to: closing or deleting your account; (re)installing our app on a new device; and sometimes when logging back into your account after logging out.
• You are asked to provide explicit consent to receive SMS notifications: when first creating an account through our app; or anytime via the Communications tab on this website. 
• You may optionally choose to add or modify activity-related notifications by SMS in your account Settings section of our app. By default, all such notifications are "off."
• You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” (except for account creation and account security verifications).
• You are always welcome to contact us to access, update, or delete your information.

More specifically, our work memorializes residual felt impressions from life experiences, in near-real-time.
