Last updated: October  17, 2026

Intangible Coin LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app software and services ("app" or "product").

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide directly (such as your name, phone number, and email address).
• Information collected automatically (such as usage data and device information).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and continuously improve your experience with our product(s).
• To communicate with you, including sending SMS messages required for: account security (e.g. account-creation, sign-in, or closing); identity verification; and/or optional (user-selectable) app functionality, such as account activity notifications, and user-initiated invitation links sent to your friends through our app. We do not use your information for marketing or promotion purposes.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share information with 3rd-party service providers (e.g. for SMS delivery) as needed to operate our app.
• We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Your Consent Options

• You automatically consent to a one-time SMS verification message when opening & creating a new account. This also applies to: closing or deleting your account; (re)installing our app on a new device; and sometimes when logging back into your account after logging out.
• You are asked to provide explicit consent to receive SMS notifications: when first creating an account through our app; or anytime via the Communications tab on this website.
• You may optionally choose to add or modify activity-related notifications by SMS in your account Settings section of our app. By default, all such notifications are "off."
• You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” (except for account creation and account security verifications).
• You are always welcome to contact us to access, update, or delete your information.

5. Deleting Your Account

• Every exchange using our app between your self and others is recorded in three parts: number & polarity of coin(s); an optional message; and identifying information about the two person bond (e.g. names of each person).
• If you choose to delete your account, all of your identifying information will be permanently erased from all records, and replaced with a unique & random system-generated alphanumeric identifier, which will be labeled "User no longer exists."

6. Contact Us

• If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@intangiblecoin.net.

By using our app software and services ("work"), you understand & agree that Intangible Coins are neither meant to replace nor substitute for healthy human interactions.

Life is comprised of motivational rewards that are both tangible & intangible. Our work focuses on the latter, by accounting for time spent pursuing non-monetary forms of wealth & satisfaction. More specifically, our work memorializes residual felt impressions from life experiences, in near-real-time. And, in so doing, our intent is to legitimize the rationality of making important decisions:

• based on "soft" or subjective factors;
• with expected outcomes that can be predicted with confidence; and
• that can be sustained with reasonable safety & effort.

An Intangible Coin is not money, it is intended to complement money, as an alternative benefit of time.
